About The Relationship Lab
The Relationship Lab is a place where individuals and couples can slow down, gain clarity, and better understand the patterns affecting their lives and relationships.
We believe lasting change begins with understanding, honest conversation, and practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Whether you’re working through conflict, rebuilding trust, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting something to feel different, we provide a supportive, collaborative space to help you move forward with greater clarity and connection.
Our Approach
At The Relationship Lab, we don’t see either person as the problem.
We believe the real challenge is often the pattern that develops between you. You and your partner aren’t opponents—you’re partners facing the pattern together.
Our role is to help you recognize that pattern, understand what keeps it going, and learn how to interrupt it.
As those patterns begin to change, there’s more room for healthier communication, deeper connection, and more productive ways of working through conflict.
Meet Glenn
I'm Glenn Simpson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized training in high-conflict couples resolution.
Over the years, I've learned something important: most couples don't come to therapy because they've stopped loving each other. They come because they've become stuck. The same argument keeps happening, the same hurt keeps resurfacing, and neither person knows how to change it.
That's why I created The Relationship Lab.
I don't believe one person is the problem. I believe the pattern is. When we can slow things down, understand what's really happening, and name the pattern that's keeping you stuck, things begin to change. Couples stop fighting each other and start working together.
My job isn't to take sides. It's to help both of you understand what your relationship needs so you can reconnect, rebuild, and recreate the kind of partnership you both desire.
At the heart of The Relationship Lab is this belief:
We are better together.
